The Balance Inside is a 12-week 1:1 coaching program designed to teach you how to reclaim your time with ease and peace on the inside. The goal of coaching is to change your behavior of prioritizing your research, emotional wellbeing, and your unique roles (mom, immigrant) energy. The program is tailored to solve your specific time management needs and to hold you accountable.

Who is this program for?

This coaching project is for women in full-time STEM Ph.D. who want to spend more time building their Ph.D. life goals, create their vision of what a personal self-family-work balance looks like, and ultimately believe that they belong in their doctoral programs. Through this coaching, you’ll become organized, productive, and in charge of your multiple projects in a timely manner.
